"Visited One by One a couple times recently. Loved the food, coffee was good, servers were friendly. Just note that wait times can take a while especially when they're busy (I came around 11am on a Sunday, waited maybe ~6 mins to be served, another 20 mins for coffee, food came a little while later. Eggs benny was delicious, i asked for a side of hash browns but the dish didn't need it. see photo). Will definitely be coming back."

"nice little hidden gem - great spot for brunch. food was exceptional and the coffee was great! it didnt seem too busy when i arrived making me thinking not many locals know of this spot service was great. waitress came out with my coffee and noticed a hair in it along the way, and went back to have a brand new one made! no questions asked - and didnt even need us to bring it up!"

"This place offers a range of breakfasts. The area is busy with the locals ordering takeaway coffee. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and a great location with plenty of parking and great coffee. The food we ordered ranged from pancakes with big portions and good flavour. The bacon and egg brioche was great too. For the cheeseburger and chips, the meat patty was overcooked, so it lost its juiciness of the meat. However, the chips were flavoursome and crunchy. I ordered chilli scrambled eggs with a side of hash brown. I have ordered this in the past. This time it lacked flavour, and it was ok. It didn’t have the intense chilli, and it was ordinary. I did enjoy the crispy golden brown hash brown on the side. The cost of some dishes is reasonable."

"I have visited many times and the staff are always friendly and efficient. There's a great range of delicious menu options from coffee and light meals, through to more substantial breakfast and lunch options. Muffins are freshly made in-house with a different seasonal flavour each day. Delicious range of Mork hot chocolates."
